The smuggler is a member of a very high level drug cartel
from Mexico that has a strangle hold on El Paso.If we as Americans don't speak out in theses Border Patrol agents defense they could get 20 yrs just for doing their job.This smuggler was found with the drugs and was given immunity by the justice department in exchange for his lies. Drug dealers should not be given freedom but must be incarcerated and be given extreme penalty for the offense. The Border Patrol personnel should be investigated for an administrative case.
