The only solution starts with communication with the other partner in the relationship (married or not). If you cannot communicate openly and honestly with each other, then you do not have a loving relations, but one of convenience.

This will be made harder because of the stress that your children bring into the mix, especially if the children are not your partner's children also. The physical strain can be helped with exercise.

If you cannot get a resolution just talking, then you may need to either find professional help or find a new partner. Finding which of these options is suitable as fast as possible is to your advantage.
