Is he a friend an aquaintance or a stranger you've just been following?? If he's a friend ask him if he'd ever picture more from your relationship. Oh just ask the worse that could happen is they'd laugh and tell people. No biggy everyone will forget

you need to have some confidence and ask this guy out even if its just for a coffee,if you both like each other then you are both to scared to make the first move show him you are confident and upfront and ask him out ull be suprised it works

Talk to him more, if you havent, then casually ask him if he wants to do something with you, like go to the movies, or dinner, or something... then if he says yes he likes you, so while your on your "date, do little things like hold his hand.. be close to him, and smile, dont look like your on your death bed.. then at the end of the night lean a lil bit towards him, and uncross your arms.. then see if he kisses you, you could probally take it from there..

Just ask him if he likes you. If you are too affraid to do that then jsut start getting closer to him. Start to hug him and stuff. Try to get a littler closer than normal. If he likes you he will come back and do the same. If not he will push you away...

same issue keep goin if and when he gets the courage to ask you out say yeah un less your not afraid to ask him then takethe first step make sure he ain't got a gurl or ooohhhhhh more drama

ask one of ur friends or one of his friends to ask them for you the nexttime theyre w/ him, they'll say something like: "so what do u think of so & so?" "do u think theyre cute?"
or "do u like someone?" or "are u crushing on so&so?" but ur crush cant find out that u asked ur freind/his friend to ask one of those questions for you, then have them(ur friend/his friend) tell if its a Yes or No, if its a yes then hang out w/ him, ask him out, dont wait 4 him to ask you, its the 21st century!!!
