The biggest transgression that occurred from Garden of Eden was the "Scape goating" of Adam and Eve. When God came to Adam after he had ate the apple, Adam was quick to blame God and Eve. Then when God asked Eve why ... she did the quick scape goating to the serpent.

God was miffed not at the fact that they ate from the tree of knowledge, but that they had chosen to blame others. This is still a major problem for both sexes . Once we can carry our own sins without passing the blame, the closer to God we get; this is because God can then give us medicine to cure us of this evil. No, you're just reading literarily something that is meant to be taken figurative. I don't think that the original sin was a single act, or really eating something. It was a figuration of people that thought they were better than god, and went from what he taught. I think that some people say it was sex, but that's also dumb. If something, the original sin was jealously (why is GOD better than ME) or I'm better than God, and that's why I can leave what he gave me.

And, I don't think we'll burn in hell.

Therefore, we are all now aware of both good and evil. Prior to this we were only aware of good.

Now that we are aware of evil, we must choose to reject it, and if we do not reject it, then we are very well in the line of Hell.

God is Good, Saten is Evil. No inbetween, accept one or the other, because our soals are eternal, the choice was given to us where we will spend it.

BY accepting one, we are automatically rejecting the other. By accepting neither we are automatically rejecting Good and will by default be "vomited out" (Gods words, not mine) of heaven.

well..the thing is, we do it Every Day. we commit that same Mistake of choosing and giving in to temptation..regardless of if we Know if it's good or not, or we are tricked. either way, us as humans ARE destined to make mistakes. i believe that Jesus was sent to die for us because there was no other way for us to be seen as Pure in God's eyes. it is thru Jesus' blood that we are cleansed.. which is what gives us the opportunity to pick ourselves, brush it off, and start over again, each day, with hope and love and Positive things in our future, regardless of the past. :) adam and eve are just representations of us as humankind; it hasn't changed, whether in the beginning of the world, until now.

Actually I think your facts are wrong. Apparently those that believe think that God kept Adam and Eve as pets. I say pets because God chose not to educate them. He wanted them to stay within the confines of his yard. Thankfully, Eve met up with a teacher. He came in the form of a Serpent. This kind Serpent helped Adam and Eve gain knowledge. Now you'd think a God would know that this would happen ahead of time. Instead, God got his panties in a bunch and cast Adam and Eve out of his yard. So if you read the bible, God wants us to be ignorant Sheep and the serpent (aka the devil) wants us to see the light. Ironic that people believe exactly the opposite of what their own tome says.
