I would not breed any dog before they are at the very least 18 months old. It is best to breed at 2 years of age.

any female dog no matter what the breed. can breed at frist heat but is best on the dog if you wait for second heat. most dogs come in heat every 6 mos.

If you have to ask this here, you don't know nearly enough to be breeding.

Please spay your dog and help end the overpopulation problem that kills 4-6 million dogs and cats each year.

since she is a smaller breed she could be OK,however it would be wise to wait for at least six more months unless your willing to take the chance that you may have to help her with her puppies,just be she that her suitor is smaller in weight than her.
