NEL, bad advice, all of it. the body MUST have fats in order to have proper digestion. Everything in moderation is a good rule, and of course limit fast foods, over processed foods. Do you know what the four food groups are? Get a moderate amount from each of these groups and you'll be fine

well, one healthy way to lose weight, is to stop thinkin u are overweight, b cuz, that puts stress on ur mind, and u lose control of ur actions and start a bad eating habit. after u stop thinkin so uch about loseing weight, then go for a walk everyday or a jog. just belive in urself where ever u are, and believe anything in possible through jesus christ!

what i have learned threw the years is the best diet is watching what u eat and eating smalller portions. For example u need to remeber that u may need to give up things like chips, cookies and things like that, but when u r having dinner, lunch, or breakfast try to have less portions than what u usally have
