DON'T PUT OUT OR MISREPRESENT YOURSELF.
That only works for 24 hours, anyway...
If you think you can "seduce" guys into liking you with sex or by dresing too sexy (what your mother wouldn't let you wear) then youare SADLY MISTAKEN. Sure you will get attention, but not the kind of attention you want, or the kind that will make you look good.
Guys have egos. Fact.
Be extroverted. That means NOTICE good things about others and TELL them that you noticed....
"WOW! that was a really cool thing you just did" "You have great taste in clothes, where did you get that?" "You're soooo good at (a sport)" "I like what you said in class about (a subject)...I was interest in kowing what your take on (a subject) is..."
Guys want to be important, powerful, skilled, appreciated, admired, saught after, respected, etc. "Notice" things about a guy and tell him.
You GET attention by GIVING it. It will seem awkward at first, but later come naturally....
Don't worry about what they will think of you, chances are, they don't, unless you give a reason to....so make it a good one. Inspire them to feel good about themselves and they will want you around.....
Don't judge yourself harshly or other people will, too. Learn how to say "thank you" to a compliment given to you, or "thank you for saying so" if you don't agree....never insult the complimentor's judgement. Tell them "Thanks for saying that. You have just made my day". Let guys know that their respect and consideration for you is appreciated.

Go out and do things you enjoy doing, whether it's something on your own or with some friends. Don't worry about whether guys are noticing you; just have fun and enjoy yourself. Once you stop actively looking, and just start enjoying yourself, you'll find that your appeal and charisma have gotten a huge boost. People instinctively want to be around people who are happy with themselves and are enjoying themselves. I know it sounds cliched, but it happens over and over again; people who have been looking for love for years stop trying, and just start relaxing and having fun, and the next thing they know, there's a line of people lining up to ask for their name and phone number. And even if they're not lining up on one particular afternoon, you'll still be doing something you enjoy, which is a plus. So either way, it's a win-win situation for you.
So go out, have fun, and stop worrying about the guys, and soon enough you'll be knee-deep in them! Good luck, and have fun!

Depends on what type of attention you want. If you want the guys to be all over you like to have sex, just dress real skimpy and flirt. No matter how you flirt, dont worry the guys WILL RESPOND!!! Sex is everything to us! You can get us to buy you stuff, fix stuff for you, move heavy things for you. Just watch that sex in the city show, that blond slut has all the guys all over her because she is always thinking of sex. To guys that is like putting a 4 year old in a candy store.

Dress up in a short skirt, low cut shirt, styled hair, and lots of make-up...guys will sure notice you but maybe not it the way you would like them to notice you.

Dont try... Why do you want to get noticed? Live your life, improve yourself, have fun and guys will find you. When I was single and depressed no guy noticed me either. But when I was single, having fun, couldn't care less if a guy called or not, they were banging down my door. Guys can smell desparation.

Be yourself. A nice smile, sense of humor will be noticed all of the time. The guys gawking at boobs are not for you. Be patient...........your time will come. Then you'll be asking how to get rid of all the guys who are hittin on you!

the people above me are right.
When I was younger, I had the same situations you are going through. How come girls seem to attract men like flies to honey, while others don't.
the answer is confidence and being comfortable in your own skin. if you are happy with who you are, you will exude that energy and that will attract people.
