Tripped Swirl- The ice cream would contain drops of acid in there so when you eat the ice cream you also have the privelage of tripping on acid

Our family plays this game a lot, but we play most disgusting ice cream flavour( must be food flavoured) chopped liver and ooligan oil comes up a lot.
