then, after two days or the weeks ..etc, I deleted what i wrote in that chat/forum room according to the button of deletion allowed to the member.... CAN WE CONSIDER this deletion as a case of damaging the system, i.e. criminal action?
NOTE: the website provides the participant/chatter with two buttons below his contribution: Delete and Modify)

No -- You have every right to delete all or just some of what you have typed. This will not damage anything.

The website itself gave you the choice of deleting whatever you had written in the chat room. So why are worried now about damaging the system?

I would doubt it. "Damaging the system" would be something more dastardly than what you - a user - could accomplish by using the buttons on the chat-board's GUI.

Unless you are making threats or getting nasty with minors, I don't think there's a whole lot you can do in a chat room that would be considered illegal.

No, deleting a posted message does not "damage the system". It simply removes what you wrote.

If someone provided you witha button to delete, then I would assume it is there for you to use.
No I don't think that this is a violation of that whatever it's called.
