It doesn't matter as long as you are both adults.

Well it might be fun for a little while for each of you. But I'm afraid that after the honeymoon stage wears away there will be so much difference that it will be difficult to communicate etc. You are of two separate generations so will have different interests, friends at different ages even the music you grew up with will be different. Communication is number one in any relationship and it has to be honest and open. Discuss the age differential with your significant other and see what transpires. Sorry to have to be so negative with my response as this answer is moving me to level 4, so want to thank you for that. Best of luck.

Age is just a number. As long as its not with a minor, then its fine.If u guys really love eachother, age should not be a factor in the relatonship.

i think too old is when the answer to "Can he/she be my mother/father?" is yes. I think its ok to date people up to a decade older than u. After that, it might be too much. Hope that helped

I don't think so personally. Are you of age? I enjoy the company of younger women. As long as the two of you are ok with it, go for it.
