They are in the UK. I was just in France and Spain but they were small towns and I didn't notice the lights, sorry. If you are interested in foreign traffic lights, the old East German ones are cute. The 'walk' and 'don't walk' man has a stylist wide-brimmed hat.

Except in the "gay" area of town. There they are pink, lavender and a beautiful rainbow color. Be sure you drive carefully there, you sure don't want to get rear ended.
