Not all women show half their breast in public. If you want to exercise your right.... then show half your penis! Hope in the end you will not get embarrassed though!

Well breast are attractive an not many people get offended by it. Penis however looks kinda sick. No one said you can't show part of it, go for it dude. Just don't show it all.

It's far more acceptable for men to walk around without shirts on, which would be the counterpart for girls showing half their breasts.

I don't know. Start a penis revolution. Get really low cut pants and let part of your penis show. In fact, invent some pants that show part of it just like women have cleavage baring shirts. You can call them penage baring pants or something.
