Recently now, I've found that a few hours after I have eaten, I regurgitate a small piece of the food I have eaten, say a peanut, a piece of lettuce. I didn't use to happen, but now it happens almost after every mealtime. Does this happen to any of you guys also and is it normal?

I could be acid reflux. For now you should take some indigestion pills like a Tums after dinner. Your doctor could diagnose you better and write you a perscription for it. Hope I helped.

Are you also drinking something with your meal? If you don't wash down your food it could just be sitting in your esophagus until you burp and then the burp is enough to bring it back up.

Sounds like acid reflux, contact your physician immediately since I am not one and even if I were could probably not offer medical advice via the net.

If this is a new thing, you may want to get it checked. And meanwhile eat smaller meals, if you can.

Good luck!
