Wow! What a good question! I like it...I don't think time really existed before God created anything because there was nothing to grow, nothing to wait for, etc. Do you get what I mean?

: )

Before time, there was no such thing as time. Therefore, you could not keep time before it existed. Kind of like when you create a web page. You put code into it and when you are done you have created a web page. Then you can show your friends the page. You can't show your friends the page if the page does not exist.

God did not create time; It is something perceived only in the mind. For example, what you were doing yesterday does not exist. Nor does what you're going to do tomorrow. What is real is Now, and only Now. We created time as a tool to manage our thoughts, affairs and experiences. Past and future are concepts. Time is ours.

I would say that time does not pass in the same way for God as it does for us... More like, God wrote the story of all time... He knows what will happen and when, and He exists and is present for all of it. It is like He is writing the book and can go ahead in the story or back. We must remember that you cannot put God in human terms, they are hopelessly inadequate. Like trying to make a 3d cube on a 1d line.

Time, like space is a property of the universe and started in the beginning of the universe therefore it doesn't make sense to measure anything with something that didn't exist already.

This question is cute yet really dumb, lol.
'If' God created time, then I guess no 'time' (in our definition) passed before it was created.

Time, as we know it, only exists on our world. The minute you leave the Earths sphere, it changes. Basically, in spirit, we
experience timelessness. Being able to travel into the past or future. Because all that exists is the present.
