Any one harboring an illegal, or aiding/abeiting a crimanal should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.Especially from the old folks homes, the hospitals and schools. And the illegal aliens should be deported immediatly, And(this is gonna upset people) their kids go with them. A real parent wouldn't leave their child behind, and I don't want to pay for them.I support my own

I don't think they should be sued. Besides you can't deport the child since he wasn't born in Mexico, he was born on US soil. Why should the woman be jailed in the first place? She's trying to give herself and her son a better life than the life they would've had back in Mexico. What's the matter, afraid that the Latinos are going to outnumber the whites?

Once they cross that fence, they're fair game for deportation in my book. I think they should pull kids out of schools. I think it would prevent the families from trying to come right back. The shame involved, you know. You should feel shame when you commit a crime, it might teach you right from wrong because you clearly don't know the difference yet.

We do need to remember that this is not the Catholic Church but a United Methodist church.

They are independent functioning, I believe. You could probably close that specific church by suing, but I doubt much more.

I wasn't very impressed with it being a Church it's more like a radical origination who only took in the woman for the press attention with high hopes of filling up it's empty seats.

It would take a Supreme Court decision saying that a child of illegals here is not a citizen to deport the child. He was born here.

Otherwise, I agree. They offered her an easy way, and she refused it and took this 'stand' which to tell you the truth, disgusts me.

-The Church should lose it's Tax exempt status. Those harboring her should be charged with aiding and abed-ding. And the woman Should be DEPORTED and so should her son It wouldn't be right to seperate them. She Must go so he goes to.

They need to block that loop hole where if your illegal and you have a kid on U.S soil hes automatically a citizen. If they are both caught send them both back mother and child.
