From a distance, smile. Smiling opens the communication and making direct eye contact, but not for very long. Just long enough to make eye contact so you know he saw you, smile, then look away.
Closer in, if you're talking, smiling, laughing at the halfway decent jokes, eye contact, and "accidently" touching his arm (or other parts) is always helpful.
Be approachable, but not all there for him, so that he wants more.

just be yourself and smile,love takes time and if you find the right person it is the best feeling ever. I like women who are honest and find it refreshing to take to some one who holds my interest on personality alone. looks are fine but if you make your self look like a whore you will only attract guys looking for a whore. confidence is more flirtatious than anything. go get em.

star off with small talk, them mention something about your outfit, he will be interested. smile and laugh a lot, and touch him when you do that (like hand on arm or leg or something)
then if he doesnt back up, you could prettymuch rape him right there and he wont stop you.
