Think positive ,sincerely pray and keep your Faith! 'Good things come to all whom waits'. It's just not your time. Your time will be revealed when you least expect it. Keep your joy and look forward to a brighter tomorrow! Good luck! :-)

We are what we create ourselves to be. Every action you make has a series of effects on your, and other, lives. Everything you do "Sets the Stage" for how things will be later for you. The trick is to do actions that fufill as many goals as possible with the least actions, since you only have time for so many in a given moment; two birds with one stone and the like. Helping others also is a good one. By empowering others you see how you too can be empowered, and its even better if you can further your goals while helping others. Ultimatly you should keep in mind that you must be flexable in life, what you expect in the future will never be exactly as you expect, so there will always be dissapointment if you let it be there. Just change with what life throws at you. Try to find a job that is related to your interest but perhaps has other applications attached. Good luck!

It is natural to feel depressed when thing like this happen. You need to remember that you are not your job, your car, your home, your cloths or anything else external. First you need to understand who you are.
Many have the idea that their value is determined by the opinions of others. This is not the case. Your value was determined by something else a very long time ago, and nothing that anyone else says or thinks about you can change this truth in any way. It works like this.

Once God had a beautiful idea, an idea that he thought was so lovely, so perfect that he did not want to be without it. God loved this idea that he had so much that she thought a part of herself to have enough individuality to see it’s self as separate, as a unit, as an individual as you. God did this so that he might have you to love and so that she might have you to love her. This is the only truth of you and it will never change. Noting that anyone else says or thinks can change this truth of you in any way. Anyone who disagrees with this opinion God has of you is simply confused. You see God is your dearest friend, your closest companion. Others may have told you many things about God, but this is the first time you have heard the truth.

Understand how special this makes each and every one of us to God. This is why God loves each and every one of us unconditionally. Unconditional means no conditions are necessary. No hoops that we need to jump through to keep God loving us. No silly ideas of judgment or punishment or hell, just love. This is why you can believe in your self, because your value is determined by God.

The unkind comments of others need to be seen for what they are. These sounds that people make that hurt our feelings are the noises that the confused make because they cannot see this truth about those around them. Most often this is because they cannot believe this could be the truth about them. It all boils down to this. You need to decide, does it really matter what the confused think?

This is what God means to me. This is perfect faith in god’s love for us. Anything else is halfhearted partial faith. You really need to decide if you really have faith in God, or if you just kind of have a little faith in God. The later is what most people have.

Love and blessings

The answer is in the question. Faith in yourself will always fall short. You don't need to ever worry about whether or not you're able to do what you want, because you'll always fall short. It's an issue of faith in God and contentment with what He has and will give to you.

Well, you posted this question in "Religion and Sprituality", so I'll keep that in mind while answering it.

Take control of your spiritual life. I don't know if you are Christian so I don't want to offend you, but Christianity isn't a really good faith for one trying to believe in themselves. The religion seems to perpetuate this "hate" of self, and any validation of self comes from God or Husband--which is kind of crap.

Look into Wicca. It's a nice Goddess-based religion that affirms oneself at all times. Furthermore, you can take control of your own life and destiny by using the power inside you to change your life.

A couple of affirmations (say these to yourself in front of the mirror, repeat until you can actually BELIEVE them, because they are true!):

"I believe in myself and my vision"

"I stand in the light of the God/dess"

"The God/dess hears my prayers"

"I am truly blessed by the God/s"

"Today I will carry out my tasks with confidence and poise"

Good luck!

Well, when someone gives an answer that motivates you to like, treat, and see your-self better, can you please send it to me. I haven't graduated yet... and I'm not from a top 20 school (not even 50), but I am in the same situation as you. I'm gonna graduate this year. it's very stressful huh?
Good luck.

Did you happen to major in Mandarin?

Seriously, what do you want to do?

Can you find a job in a related field or in the same field at a lower level and work your way up?

How are your interviewing skills? Have you tried taping yourself being interviewed?

Does your resumé need some punching up?

It has nothing to do with you as a worthwhile human being, hon....it's just a bad job market right now....I don't know if you have tried Monster.com or a temp agency or not, nor do I know your area of expertise, but you could also use dial▬a▬prayer...God will not let you starve....pray with somebody for God to give you a job according to His will and remember, ASK AND YE SHALL RECIEVE...you just have to believe.†

I think I have the same problem, but we need not to have faith in ourselves but in God who watches over us. A lot of people are struggling and it is painful the Lord understands our individual situations and is on our side. I hope things work out for you.

it is more of expanding your job search. Look for similar jobs, and outside your area. Starts small and work your way up. Get some real-world work expoerience, and your hiring potential will increase. Sometimes, though, you just have to move to where the jobs are.
