I'd have to say one. When I was going to Sunday School, we were taught that 'God', Jesus Christ, and the 'Holy Spirit' are all the same person. So, yes there would have to be only one.

Jesus Christ is God's word. Jesus is the son of God, like Man is the son of God too. Like Angels are sons of God too.Like Adam is God's son too. God created us all. But unlike just a man, Jesus was created by God's Holy Spirit overshadowing Mary, hence a virgin birth. Human sons are born of a man and a woman. God, is not Man, Man is God's creation. So, because Jesus is God's Word, and God's word is God, Jesus is God first and foremost, and son of God, secondary.
God has the 1 Holy Spirit, and the Word of God is called Jesus. In some places in the bible, Jesus, The word of God, God and the Holy Spirit, are simply referred to as Lord or Father.
This is possibly where the confusion with some religions comes in. The word trinity was made up by man. It is not in the bible, and it was created to explain this miracle, but its use creates confusion, because of what it infers. A triune God infers that there are 3 persons in one God. NO. See these verses, and it should make it more clear. John 10:30-I and the father are one.
Thou hast not lied to man, but unto God. Acts 5: 1-4
Isaiah 44:6-I am the first and the last, and beside me, there is no God.
It doesn't come much more plain than that.

Are you insinuating that Jesus was possessed? The only way that you could look at this is:

We are an empty vessel. We could be filled with evil, but once you accept Jesus' death as the source of salvation, you are filled with the Holy Spirit, which seals you until the day of redemption (eph 4:30).
