you use up alot of energy and can get cramps by breathing in through your mouth. I don't use my mouth to breathe when I run, but if you do, use it to exhale. Also, if you exhale only when you left foot strikes the ground this helps prevent side stitches. It works for me...

When running you'll want to inhale and exhale through the mouth. If you're doing yoga or something it's always in through the nose and out the mouth.

You know how, when you`re running fast, the inhale happens automatically but you have to make a point of exhaling, so your lungs don´t feel like they`re about to burst? Well that´s my experience with running... So I remember to let air in only through the "smaller opening" so I won`t get too much air in, and to push the air out through the "bigger opening" so I can get it all out. LOL :)

I believe it's inhale through ur mouth alot and the exhale out ur mouth let all the air out do it again.

A much smarter person that I designed your body and programmed it to work properly on it's own. Just breath naturally. Try to think about other things. Your body will take over and do what it needs to get what it needs as far as oxygen is concerned
