I won an auction for a psp, but it hasnt come yet?

considering where the seller lives, and where i live, it should have been here in a week, but it has been 14 days.
Do you think i should wait a few more days, or was i scammed?

if you paid through paypal,go ahead and report that you havent gotten it yet!even if you didnt pay with paypal you can still report it to ebay.also contact the seller and ask them about it!
