A person in complete despair who sees no where to turn because they are surrounded by people like "Hopeful" who don't have an ounce of understanding or compassion.

Psychiatry has the most suicidal rate in any medical field.
Besides them, there are people that suffer from various illnesses, such as depression, and bipolar disease, post part um mothers, schizophrenia.

unhappy ones, I think mostly teenagers, because they have so many changes in their life at such a young age. OH wai it could be women that have just given birth too, because they have post partum depression.
