Well considering that a) doesn't even get absorbed into the body well (google bioavailable). b) comes from meats but it usally low quality in nature. c) also comes from meat. d) I can go with this one but it's not really a weigh gain supplement. e) Testosterone is a steroid and the only way you can supplement this is under doctors orders, else it's illegal and harmfull when unregulated. f) Once again meat can cover this one. Therefore I'd have to suggest g)

Meat contains everything you need in it to gain lean weight. But not lean meat. You need some fat. Vitiamins are more bioavailable from organic fruits and vegetables. Basically you need to eat lot's and lot's of meat and vegetables and get on a serious resistance training program. This will help you gain weight faster than any other 'legal' manner. Read a book called "The testosterone advantage"

One hour of cardio followed by intense weight training 5 days a week, protein supplements help if used in moderation.

protein from chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, egg whites, and lean steak is always your best choice. Protein supplements will help also. I personally use EAS Myoplex and Ultramet. They are convenient and taste good too.
