You could definitely go back to eating whatever you want, but that doesn't mean you can eat a LOT of whatever you want. For example, if you want to eat some chips or cheetos, go ahead and grab one of those tiny lunch sized ones, if you want a candybar, get the fun or bite sized ones. Eat whatever you want, but definitely limit your intake. That's what I did, and it definitely works.

First of all, I'm sorry to say that 98lbs is not a healthy weight for you at 5'3". You should be at least 10lbs heavier-not fat lbs though-just build up some muscle. Don't worry about looking built, it will actually help you keep off the weight because muscle burns fat. It uses calories even while you are sleeping. So a few pounds of muscle will actually help you out. You will end up looking-and feeling-healthier. Just think about the benefits of a healthy weight. And as far as eating whatever you think tastes good, it doesn't work that way sadly. You will be able to eat something you like every now and then. Maybe a dessert twice a week ect. And remember moderation. Also, most doctors will tell you, you should consume no less than 1,200 calories in a day. You should be able to maintain your present weight at 1,200 to 1,400 calories but give yourself a treat once in awhile. Keep up your exercise and try to eat several small meals in a day rather than 3 regular meals. About 5 meals is ideal. Space them out at about 1 small meal per every 4 hours. Keep yourself hydrated and don't eat anything within 3-4 hours of going to bed. The basic and simple way to say it is, make sure input and output stay the same and you'll be fine. In other words, if you eat something, make sure you burn the calories you ate.

OK! First of all.....Can I ask how old you are? To weigh in at a WHOLE 98 POUNDS? & At 5' 3"? You must be SOOooo tiny! Well anyway, You can just put in diets & your computer will pull up SOOooo MANY Different Diets & Different ways you can eat what you want & NOT gain a pound......There is "E-DIETS" & "Jillian Michaels"-She has a very good site,& I have just started this diet from Oprah. It's "Idiot Proof Diets".......! But,as long as you dont over indulge in your favorites. You will not gain weight at all.....! You are allowed & can enjoy your tasty fav's. Just dont eat until your so full, that you cant move. HA! & Plus, you say you exercise everyday. So,it should be so easy for you to stay the little tiny young women that you are.........! ~TAKE CARE~ &~Enjoy~.........! Milk Maid................

First of all, you're eating too few calories and too few fat grams. I'm amazed you're not gaining weight doing that - often when you eat that way, your body goes into starvation mode and hoardes everything you eat. BUT, in order to not shock your body when you eat differently, you need to do this: start introducing a little more fat (good fats like olive oil, avocados, etc) and some more calories SLOWLY back into your diet. You really need to be eating 1200-1400 calories a day in order for your body to function normally. I'd advise seeing a nutritionist for proper guidance.

98 seems too low. Don't forget that your body does need fats. Some fats are healthy for you. Eat a balanced diet with protein and GOOD carbs and exercise 3-4 times a week and you should be fine.

Exercise every other day, for longer amounts of time. Go 40-60 minutes. On days off, do some minor weight work to grow muscle. Muscle eats calories more than fat.

You sound way too thin; at 5'3" you should be at least 110 pounds. One of my best friends in high school was scrawny-skinny, and she was 5'0" and weighed what you do. I'd slowly start eating normally again, but I think the exercise is probably good for you if you're not a really active person.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Remember the above (not on site) and see site below to re-learn how to eat so you can be thin and fit for life.
