The United Nations declarewd that Moon cannot belong to any nation, and the USA went along with that, so, it's everyones sort of...no passports required, but Bush will get around to that eventually..really, there is 1979 United Nations Moon Treaty:

LOL...funny, did you mean TO the moon, instead of INTO the moon? Cause I'm pretty sure you can't get INTO it...we haven't even been there since the last space mission over 30 years ago, so I'm guessing that NO ONE is getting there...with or WITHOUT a passport and visa! Thanks for the chuckle, though...:)

SWEETIE, some of the people who've answered your question so far are obviously taking the Michael. The simple and correct answer is just to take a pick and shovel with you. After all Irish navvies dug up a large part of planet earth in the 19th century using these tools.

Year ago Pan Am (now gone) has a reservation list for travel to the moon. The question is, why go there except to prove to others that you can.

Sweetie, I think that "Moonar" is a brilliant word, much better than "Lunar".I'm sure that one day we will need visas to go to the moon.

You are already wired to the moon so I guess its not such a big move for you to be allowed to go for real !
