For the sake of argument, let us suppose that this perfect God did create the universe. Humans were the crown of his creation, since they were created in God's image and have the ability to make decisions. However, these humans spoiled the original perfection by choosing to disobey God.

What? If something is perfect, nothing imperfect can come from it. Someone once said that bad fruit cannot come from a good tree, and yet this "perfect" God created a "perfect" universe which was rendered imperfect by the "perfect" humans. The ultimate source of imperfection is God. What is perfect cannot become imperfect, so humans must have been created imperfect. What is perfect cannot create anything imperfect, so God must be imperfect to have created these imperfect humans. A perfect God who creates imperfect humans is impossible.

Your right, but it doesn't say that the universe was perfect in the beginning only good. So your entire premise is wrong and the chain of thoughts that follow from it. Because an imperfect premise can't beget perfect statements. God's sovereign plan is perfect, and makes use of imperfect elements. The problem I see is that so many atheist want to say that God hates free will, and just wants everyone to bow down to him, and lose themselves along the way. But clearly from the Gen. account you can see that God values free will so highly that he was willing to accept the negative consequences that come along with it. And you're confusing principles that apply to objects with principles that apply to agents. Though I realize that the example you give is one Jesus gave, you're taking what the parable spoke of and trying to use it in a completely different way, and parables only work when applied to what the author is speaking of, not when trying to stretch it over whatever point you're trying to push.

Well for the sake of arguement. How about the concept that God made the universe "Perfectly Imperfect", which will then still hold to the truth of God being "pefect". If something is "Perfectly Imperfect", then it is still perfect eventhough it is imperfect because it is perfect.

Your foundational reasoning is flawed. Something perfect can become something imperfect. Perfection isn't necessarily a permanent state.

And I don't know who said it, but bad fruit can come from a good tree. Not all apples (or whatever) off the same tree taste sweet, some can be mutated, deformed.
