It depends on how intellegent the guy is. A degree is not necessarily a sign either way. I have met some real idiots with master degrees and some really smart people with only a high school diploma. The real questions is does he have goals can he hold an intellegent conversation and is he finacially stable. That is what a woman who looks for a man with a degree really wants to know. For me there are a lot more important things than that. The personality is big factor for women.

not an effective decision. MBA classes settle for scholars with a bachelor’s degree in any undergraduate field. they prefer scholars who do not have a agency major because they supply you the agency coaching yet they couldn't provide the extensive history that managers must have. the staggering majors are interior the sciences, technologies, engineering, or math, yet different majors are also perfect. Any field of project can use solid administration. the reason behind warding off a agency undergraduate degree is that it ends up in too a lot duplication with the MBA and leaves you with a narrow concentration. on the different hand, organizations hiring MBA graduates are looking should you earned the MBA yet may also talk with the people that they ought to address as they improve of their jobs, and those are often engineers and scientists.. MBA classes choose scholars with 2-4 years artwork journey after the first degree. Your protection rigidity service is seen solid artwork journey.

Damn boy this isn't a job interview. I would 'choose' a guy who doesn't have a Bachelor's degree but its about ALOT MORE than that... are you a hard working guy? Do you have a good job? Are you smart? Can you carry a conversation? Are you attractive? Fit? Fun? Funny? Those are so much more important than having an AA, AS BA or BS in my book!

Bill Gates dropped out of college to start Microsoft. So having a degree doesn't mean a thing. So I would choose a guy without a degree as long as he has goals and is working hard to be successful at whatever he chooses to do.Good luck!

Totally!
I am on the same page with you about degree. Its important but its not the only thing. I have proven that I had a better position at work and better salary with couple of ppl with degrees.
A girl/guy who thinks that ppl with no degrees doesnt deserve them, is just shallow and narrow minded. They're the one who needs a better education in life.

Hey! In relationships' the Issue of I have a degree, I don't have a degree is not NECESSARY. C'mon U just need love , trust n' understanding to get U-2 going, not some worth papers in the name o f bla bla bla. Think n' make it real. Love is Universal, it's a school on its own n' of its own.

well hon if you think about it every one is different so their responses will be too. what a person has after their name will have some impact on who they are but at the end of the day it shouldn't change the basic good in them and if someone only want to know you because of a degree well walk in the opposite direction. anyhow all the best.

I have a Bachelor's Degree but that doesn't mean I'd refuse to choose someone based entirely on their lack of one. Simply put, I choose who I like, regardless of educational background. I'd be dating the person, not hiring them!

In my experience, a degree means very little in regard to how well a person can perform a job, but almost all employers give preference to those with a Bachlor's degree.

Innate intelligence is more important to me than a degree. Plenty of averagely intelligent folk have degrees due to hard work and I don't begrudge them that -- they earned it. However, lack of a degree does not necessarily indicate lack of intelligence. It may, however, make it harder for you to progress in the workplace; lots of places are degree snobs. Good luck.
