NO... Listed under teenager section...
Review from Amazon.com website:
"KISS OF DARKNESS" I just finished reading this book... I think it's the second one in the series. The book didn't take long to read but it did hold my attention the whole time. I felt the pain and the passion throughout the story. I think it's a great piece of reading material. I know the Charmed books are usually listed in the teenager section but I think it's a good story for any age.

If you feel the need to ask, probably not. When in doubt... If its a book that has witchcraft or provocative undertones, absolutely not. Keep'm innocent for as long as possible. Not naive, but innocent.
