Positives:
Much improved gas mileage over conventional car although real world mileage is not what Toyota claims on the window sticker
Emissions cleaner than a conventional car
Negatives:
Not much power but it's adequate from what I've heard
You pay a premium for having a hybrid - it will take a very long time for the savings in gas to pay for the extra money you spent on the hybrid.
Questions:
How long will the batteries last before you need to replace them? How much will it cost to replace them? Will this hurt resale value five or more years from now? Are there extra dangers with the electrical/battery systems if you get into an accident?

I hate to sound too negative, but the Prius is just about the worst looking car on the road today. If you really want people to see you in a hybrid (I’m rolling my eyes right now), check out the Civic.

as gas costs enhance, prius costs will enhance and toyota will start up making greater. despite the fact that, theyre nonetheless very no longer undemanding to get and fairly of a great gamble. if gas costs bypass down, the cost of the vehicle will shrink sharply and you will have ended up overpaying.
