That depends on where the juvenile is being charged with such a crime, and who's filing the charges. Is it the State? You'll find that info on www..gov, by searching through the criminal code. If it's a county or city charge, try googling for a copy of the county or city criminal code, and that can tell you too.

Ok, remember with juvenile court system at least in many areas it is not just the actual crime they look at, they look at the home life, what or who helped in the family to cause this crime and how is the home life going to help prevent this in the future.

at worst, the court can declare them deliquent and place them in foster care while determining the home enviorment.
They can keep them in detention while they do the same.

They can take control of that juvenile till he is 18 if they want to, depending on many factors beyond just the actual crime

about nothing they dont do anything with minors anymore. Had some rob 5 homes and one business they got guns tools and were on video. but apparently the judge worries more about how they drive than anything. They arrested them and the same day they got let go they picked them up at 3:30 am with drugs and once again let them go. So dont worry to much

since it is a juvenile offender... I would say fines, a curfew, and probation until the age of 18. but it would depends on the number of previous offenses.

I'm not sure. Could be some jail time, a fine, and probation.
