my mom's cube steak, my grandmother's cream corn, my other grandmother's okra, my great grandmother's buscuits, my great aunt's macaroni and cheese, and my very brownies.

Swiss Baby
It's a Veal Cutlet (paneed veal) Po-boy.
I'm talking about a real new orleans po-boy, about 16 inches long, and 3 to 4 inches wide. I'm not talking about that subway or quiznos nonsense. With mayo, lettuce, brown gravy, and of course, swiss cheese. I can feel my arteries hardening just thinking about it. Too bad the place I use to get mine was destroyed by katrina.
I love food, so I could come up with a dozen more meals. Most of which would involve cajun or new orleans style dishes.
Thought about it some more, and I would definitely say a crawfish boil, with corn on the cob, garlic, polish / smoked sausage. Damn, I'm hungry.

I think bout this every time I read a novel or a movie that deals with capital punishment. Me, I'd ask for a good champagne such as Cristal or Dom Perignon, several steamed lobsters, corn on the cob, steamed clams, spaghetti bolognaise, Devil's Food cake, Hot Fudge sundaes, strawberries with real whipped cream- jeez do you think anyone who knows it would be their last meal could eat any of this? Well whether they could or couldn't' it would at least amuse them to see if their wish would be granted; thus taking their mind off their sad situation!

I like Reeses cups, but that certainly wouldn't be a last meal. I would have to opt for steak and lobster with mega chocolate for desert.

It would be a 3 to 4 lbs bake stuffed lobster with mash potatoes, clam chowder and/or lobster bisque, corn on the cobb and a steak with a fine white wine to wash it down.

When you say last meal do you mean only one thing or a full dinner? If its only one thing I would probably go with 25 pounds of dark choclate just so I could savor the moment for a long long time.
