Everybody loves my shells, but i never give out recipe. Do you know why I never make them same everytime lol
Anyway, I take sausage oor hamburger and cook it w garlic and onions. to this i add ricotta or cottage cheese depending, sometimes just mozz. some spaghetti sauce. sometimes diced peporoni. anything u like throw it into them. i have used ham cheese and brocolli before.
mix all your cooked ingredients together. filled cooked pasta shells w mix put into casserole dish that has alyer of sauce on bottom. after all shells are in the pan cover with more sauce, and load the cheese. sprinkle w/parsley and red peper flakes. I serve with garlic bread i buy in store(sometimes i make my own, but w shells its too much work LOL) I add my own by putting cheese on it sometimes some minced garlic
enjoy, I beleive recipes are good, but we will appreciate it when we "created " it ourselves. Plus you remeber more of the ingredients lol

I stuff my shells with a mixture of ricotta, mozzarella, parmesean, a little bit of parsley and oregano. Then I brown some beef (hamburger), add a jar of my favorite pasta sauce and I will even add some extra's to my sauce..such as garlic, mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Then pour the mixture over the shells add some more cheese on top and bake at 425 until the cheese is golden brown. MMM MMM good.
