She was already deported once, and came back across the border the very next day. She apparently has no respect for the laws of our country, nor the proper procedures for immigrating here. I say deport her again. Any person who is here illegally needs to be deported. The second they cross our borders illegally they become criminals, and this country has enough of its own already.
If she's here because she's "sure to meet certain death" in her own country, she can apply for assylum from the immigration office. I used to work at an immigration office, and I have the utmost respect for people who want to come here to live and make a better life than they think they could have in their home country, as long as they go about it the LEGAL way. I have no sympathy for people who are here illegally. All of them need to be rounded up and deported.

Sherry, meet certain death? In Mexico? lolol .. don't think they're that bad yet ....

This woman should be deported! She was deported once, came back and created an anchor baby (has anyone heard anything about the boy's father?), was working with a false SSN at an airport ... and has now been raised to some kind of martyr status ... hardly a poster child for illegals ... strikes me that she's good at being a manipulator ... a marty she certainly isn't ...

She should be deported. There is already a deportation order out, she was deported before and snuck back, and she has a criminal conviction for social security fraud.

We have to get over the insane idea that it is 'wrong' to enforce our laws, or whatever law we end up with will not solve the problem.

If you are deported and sneak back it is a FELONY. She could do jail time for that. Unless you think no criminals should go to jail because they will be separated from their children.

She has Broken the LAW at least three times. She was caught and deported for using Fake papers. Then she entered yet again. That's 2: Then she is also charged with Identity theft. She has NO Respect for the US or our laws. As I have stated before If she truly wanted to be a US citizen she would have taken the LEGAL route. She made the Choice to Break the Law not Once Not twice but at least three times. Don't we have a THREE strikes and your out rule.

She's a criminal. She should be deported. Period. She was deported, she came back, she was deported and came back. She had a child out of wedlock to stay in the country - and any sicko using children like that should be neutered. She stole someone's social security number. She is defying our government once again. She's a c-r-o-o-k.

By the way sherry, she is buddies with the Mexican president, or don't you read any newspapers. Just how would she meet certain death.

Deport her. We need to send a clear signal that coming here illegally is not acceptable.

You let her stay and you have set the precedence.

She needs to be deported. She broke the law, which is a sin, and now she takes refuge in a church? Out, goodbye.
