Hahaha, I know why she won't tell you. There's two definitions of a Dirty Sanchez. First--After a guy has anal sex with a girl, he pulls his penis out and wipes it across her upper lip, leaving a fecal moustache. OR--using his fingers in her anus instead and then wiping them across her upper lip. In any case it's a fecal moustache.
