Paul did not need to clarify what Jesus said.
Paul was helping to establish the church. He wrote letters to those people who were establishing the church in other areas to spread the news of Jesus. He wasn't clarifying what Jesus said. He was TEACHING.
Jesus was dead when Paul was doing this. Paul was carrying the news, not interpreting.

Paul wrote to churches after Christs death to reassure them of their faith when Christians were ether falling away from Christ's commandments, or were afraid of being persecuted by the Roman government

In order for anyone, be it then or now, to understand what Jesus was and is saying, you must believe in Him.
When Jesus said this to the pharasees....
.
John 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
Jesus wasn't talking about the temple made of stone, He was talking about Himself. And raise it up He did. Jesus rose again from the dead in 3 days. Prasie the Lord. You must believe without seeing with your eyes, and learn to see and understand and believe with your heart.

Jesus was long dead when Paul happened on the scene.
I'm sure in addition to Aramaic and Hebrew, he may have spoken other languages fluently or broken.

I don't recall Jesus writing anything down. Maybe that's why we needed Paul.

I don't think he needed an inerpreter, just spokes persons. He had to go back to heaven so he needed someone to carry on his work.
