i havent started having this problem till recently when i started trying using non stick spray, after i am finished and the dishes are washed i still end up with this brown color on the bottom of the pan, and it wont come off. anyone else

your heat is too high if your pans are burning with the spray. spray is an oil and conducts heat, so your heat doesnt need to be so high. consider your pans well seasoned now. food shouldnt stick much to them because the oil from the spray has penatrated the metal

non stick pans still get burnt theres no avoiding it. Unless you keep the flame low.

you should heat your pan first then spray . food shouldn't stick this way either.
