Never!! Jesus is the only answer. Follow Him!! Through Him all things are possible.

Matthew 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

I would kill myself if I had a incurable disease. If doctor assisted suicide was not legal, then I would shoot myself in the head. Why spend the rest of my days (or months) suffering in pain knowing that I will die anyway. You might as well take matters into your own hands. Of course, I would make this decision only after, I've tried every possible solution medical science has to offer, and after the 4th or 5th doctor gives me the same diagnosis. If they send me home to die, that's what I'll do.

Depression is not a good reason for suicide. There are plenty of medications you can get on to help with mental disorders.

There are only a very few reasons that I would consider suicide.

Doctor assisted suicide should be legalized.
This is yet another example of legislating morality.

Suicide is not an good answer to an issue. A person becomes suicidal when they want out of a bad situation.

Suicidal people need to be able to see that the bad situation is temporary and that there is hope beyond what they can see.

Never! It's a cop out!!! You will get through most problems, but if you kill yourself, that's it. You are dead. Where do you go when you kill yourself??? Do you know??? If you don't know where you are going to end up for all eternity, why risk it? If you are a Christian then you know that suicide is not part of God's plan for your life. Also, as a Christian, you are bought with a price - therefore, your life is not your own to take. Think about it - if you are in a right relationship with God, you wouldn't be thinking about killing yourself. If you do kill yourself, then you did not have a relationship with God. If you do not have a relationship with God, where are you gonna go? You need to really think about this stuff. Also keep in mind that if you will just lay all your burdens (problems, troubles, cares, depression, etc.) at the foot of the cross He will help you to get through any tough time you may be going through.

It is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Things may seem over whelming at times but they do pass and they do get better. It took me a long time to learn that that is true.
Talk about your problems and they will be easier to deal with. Find a friend or a counselor to help you get on track. Maybe someone form your church or your school or suicide prevention counselors. If we bottle up our emotions they just fester.
Plz try to find someone to talk to. I know this world is not an easy place today but it can be quite live-able if you give it a chance.

No, it's not. A lot of people think it is, but to me it's a real cop out. It's taking the 'easy' way out of a difficult situation. I've had a few friends that went that route & nothing they were going through held a candle to what their suicide did to their families and friends.

Many never recovered and they probably never will for as long as they live....but they're still *living* & trying to deal with the loss & the scars that will never heal while making their way through the ups and downs of their own lives.

Yeah. I love my friends who did that, but yeah....I'm angry with them too. Some days more so, & some days less....but the hole in our hearts just never goes away.

Why would you commit suicide? Will that solve your problem?

If youre having a hard time with your problems while you're still alive , commiting sucide is not the answer.

Its bad enough that you spent your life miserable, now you have to spent your eternal life miserable in hell.

Sucide is an unforgivable sin. It will lead you straight to hell... So if you have a problem, go to church and pray. Let god help you handle things.

suicide is NEVER the answer. All you're doing by suicide is hiding yourself forever from a problem that you can most likely solve. DON'T DO IT! its just a bad thing to do.

I'm sure it may seem like it at the time. But come on, aren't you the least bit curious as to what you might be missing if you do?

If you really are having a hard time of it, please call the suicide prevention hotline: 1-800-Suicide

They can help.

I've lost two family members in 4 months to Suicide. If they knew the devastation they leave with loved ones, I don't think they would have done it.

Suicide is another one of those abused categories. Do we mean a voluntary act which will (certainly) result in death? But, would we condemn the soldier who covered the enemy's grenade with his body? Or the parent who took the bullet for their child?

It ain't as simple as all that, is it?
