OK, you have a couple of options here.
An up-do will take care of it.
If you want to straighten your hair & wear it down, however, there are products that will help:
Head to your local drugstore, Ulta3, whatever, and get
Frizz Ease or another silicone based hair smoothing gel. Frizz Ease is my fave of all the ones I've tried, but there are many, and most any will be suitable.
Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask
A leave-in conditioner -- get a small bottle, you're packing it with you
When you wash you hair tomorrow, use a fingerful of the Hair Mask as your conditioner. Leave it in for 3-5 minutes. Rinse with water as cool as you can stand it to healp seal the cuticle of the hair.
DO NOT rub your hair with a towel. Just blot. Let your hair air dry for a little while before you use the blow dryer. It takes extra time, but it's worth it.
Put a little bit of Frizz Ease in your hair before blow drying. Blow dry your hair *completely*. Dry it until it's beyond dry (this sounds counterintuitive and it's not something you want to do daily, but I promise it works). If your blow dryer has a cool shot button, use it as the final step in drying.
This should keep you frizz-free for several hours. The steamy gym might start to unravel your hard work, though, it's kind of inevitable. If it does, put a dab of leave-in conditioner into your hair and work it through with your fingers or a comb.
Good luck, and remember, the important thing is to have a good time. If you're having fun and feeling happy, that will do more to make you look good than any makeup or hair product you can buy.

Strighten your hair and put hair spray on it when done straigtening. Or if you have some kinda sleek cream that would work too.
