Since you're in the food section, I'll answer part 2 first. Dill pickles. Seriously. Peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches are my favorite way to eat peanut butter (other than in cookies). The pickle takes the "stick" out of the peanut butter.
As for the motivation, you just have to choose to do it. Turn off the tv, turn off the pc, put on some fast music that gets you moving, close your door, and get to work. Give yourself a certain amount of time - say, 15 minutes. It doesn't sound like much, but tell yourself that you'll work on the room - and work hard and fast - for 15 minutes. You'll be amazed at what you'll have done in that short amount of time. You might not finish, but you'll make a big dent, and you'll be in the cleaning mind set so you'll probably keep going. If you don't, then spend another 15 minutes tomorrow night, and the next, if necessary, until it's done.

First thing you gotta due is turn off the tv! Second turn on the radio and put it on loud, but not to loud. Third give yourself about 20 minutes or so on the clock. If you have a timer put it for whatever the time amount you think its going to take you to clean your room. Then try to clean your room as fast as you can and beat the time that you set. If you beat the time you set give your self a reward. Like a peanut butter and sliced banana sandwhich. When you start cleaning your room first make your bed. Second get a trash can and every piece of trash that you see throw it away-pretend that the trash is a basket and that the piece of trash is the ball. Throw away things that you dont need anymore, especially anything that clutters. Then put all your dirty close in a bin. And clean close in a pile so that you can later fold or hang up. Assort your shoes in your closet or under your bed neatly. Organize things that are scattered in your room. Then after everything is done pass the vacumm. Member try to beat the clock. And after your done youll have the satisfaction of having a clean room and being comfortable. Now go to the kitchen and reward your self with a sandwhich and a glass of juice or water with ice.

For the motivation thing - just DO IT. Turn off that TV, play music while you're doing it, and give yourself a prize when you're done. Say...you're hungry. And you want to eat something. Tell yourself you have to clean your room BEFORE you eat and when you're finished you'll be glad you finally cleaned your room.
For the peanut butter sandwich - put slices of banana in it. It's good. :)

as for motivation. Maybe you need a nap or shower to liven you up a bit but if it is terminal lack of motivation try visiting a doctor. Maybe you have some depression. As for peanut butter try thin sliced apples or sliced ham with honey or bananas
