I go every six months. I love getting my teeth cleaned.

I'd say i've gotten a cleaning, (of sorts), every time i've gone to the dentist!!. (case in point) Any S.O.B. that can stick needles in your mouth, then plier's, yank out a part of your body that you'll find out shortly, that you need very badly, charge you a week's salary for the, (favor), and through it all, wear a d-mn mask so you can never recognize him!, And Iv'e never claimed to be real smart, but i'd say you've just been CLEANED, BUBBA!

Every six months as recommended. Plus if you faithfully brush and floss it really cuts down on time in the hygienist's chair. It also helps to have a dental plan that covers the basics.

I go every six months and so do my four kid - it helps if you have a dental plan or it can get expensive - but it's still worth it.

some people form more calculus than others. to prevent gum disease and pockets 2x/yr is recommended. I go every three or 4 months, but then I wish to keep a killer smile..........
