Some people may say "eat more".
While true, that's not the best way to gain weight.
My advise would be to eat a healthy, balanced diet and get plenty of exercise. For you, I would concentrate more on resistance training (to build muscle) than cardiovascular exercise, however a good balance of both is definitely required.

Drink a lot of soda. Eat at McDonald's every day for every meal. Do this for at least a month, and you should see a difference. If you don't see a difference, talk to a doctor, because then there is something wrong.

Consume more calories than you burn to gain fat. Lift weights to gain muscle weight. It is a lot harder to build your muscles.
Drink lots of sugary drinks to get fat.
About 6000 calories per day is easy and you will gain weight.

If there is a GNC around where you live go buy a product thats a Mass Weight Gainer. Also, up your carbs and protein.

I recommend eating as much carbs as you can stand lots of bread rice pasta...none of the things I can eat...LOL hopte that helps
