am i really going crazy? these are some things that happened to me:
like, 3 years ago i was in my room then i heard this grown man say my name like he was right outside the door. then all the time i see these shadow things. and when i go out of my bedroom, i see this black thing down the hallway so i run down the stairs before it kills me or throws something like an ax. then when I watch t.v., there's this little boy who watches me behind the couch. And when I'm in the shower, a little girl talks to me. Sometimes things in my head tell me what i should do- probably my concious. I talk outloud to people that I have no idea what they are. I can't sleep because they come in my room. umm... that's kind of it. I dont know what's wrong with me and I DON'T DO DRUGS. sorry about the bad spelling...

Anytime you're seeing thing that other people don't see that's a sign that you could have a mental disorder. You should really consult a psychiatrist to get better idea of what could be causing this. If you don't know where to find a psychiatrist you can always talk to your school's guidance counselor or look in the yellow pages for your local mental health clinic (which is often free or on a sliding scale and will be confidential). If your in college (sorry, I don't know how old you are so I'm just putting in all the options) there's usually a free service for counseling and psychiatric help.

If you're serious, I think you need to talk to a pastor or a psychiatrist or both. You won't get much help on Yahoo answers. Don't buy any crap that you're just more spiritually aware, life isn't a movie and no matter you're beliefs its not good for your mental/emotional stability.

It might be a good idea to see a doctor. It could be anything from medicine side effects, problems with the brain, or a true mental illness. So, my advice would be to get someone you trust to take you to the doctor. Best of luck.

Talk to a doctor. It almost sounds like schizophrenia. If you're serious.

could be your mind playing tricks on you...it's when the 'voices' start telling you to do bad things...but you are having hallucinations..or just an over active imagination...whatever, you need to start writing down everytime an incident happens to you so yo won't forget...and then, perhaps you could talk to a doctor..I don't think you're crazy at all, or you wouldn't be wondering about it...but, I would just pray on it myself..God Bless, through Jesus !
