Yeah, in fact, it's better for you because you're getting some electrolytes with your water. This helps you to retain some of that water and not just pee it out all of the time.

Yes it is the same. basically you are drinking water with flavor added. Crystal Light doesn't add any carbohydrates (sugars), sodium (salt) , fat, or cholesterol and the sweetners that they use don't harm your body in any way shape or form, even if you drink 5 gallons of it a day every day. so whether you are just trying to get your daily amount of water, or are using it to lose weight, fill a glass and drink until you see the bottom...8-)

well if you can get over the fact that crystal light is full of that crappy fake sweetener which by the way is a chemical that can harm you if you ingest enough of it!!!!!!! but if you dont feel that way about fake sweeteners and thats the only way you will drink it then it would be ok...plain water is the best but most liquids you drink count towards the water you are supposed to drink in a day

You will get many of the benefits of the water but you are adding bad chemicals into your body with Crystal Light.

drinking water is excellent for your health, but adding crystal light that contains artificial sweetners is not. Many of the artificial sweetners especially aspartame is now being studied in a trial linking it to cancer.

Ingredients:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Maltodextin, Citric and Malic Acids, Raspberry Juice Solids, "Aspartame" (Phenylketonurics: contains Phenylalanine), Red 40, Contains less than 2% of Natural and Artifical Flavor, Calcium Phosophate, Acesulfame Potassium, Blue 1
If you must use a flavoring for your water I would stick to one that does not use Aspartame. You can do the research on the internet of the side affects of excessive use of Aspartame.
