my rottweiler dog who is 2 years old has 2 big sores on the back of her neck and red and black bumps up and down her body. what are these? the sores have white scabs covering them. what to do about them?

Yep follow the vet advise ASAP, my advise is with the heat wave, probably heat spots but if it stays outside another possibility, coons! Rare. but rats also. And you don't want the rabies to set in. But mange is an outside chance and one last thing (sorry) is do you spend everyday at least 20 mins with the dog even outside cuz a question is how long has this been going on???

You need to go to the vet NOW and not tomorrow! This could be a number of things including mange! It is serious. So if you love your doggy take her and get treated right away!

she probably got in a fight with something like another dog or racoon and got cuts, now flies and bugs from outside are eating at the cuts. clean them off and try to keep the dog inside so they heal. if it doesnt get better take her to a vet.

You should take her to the vet. It could be something like flees, or pests. Or it could also be something else like a skin condition. Maybe she has allergies to something in her environment?
Definitely take her to the vet, because if they don't look good they probably don't feel good to her either.
