Yes the weather has effects on us.It's like the moon.It effects the ocean and the pull of the waves.Full moons get blamed for crazy actions too.I like a rumbling thunderstorm-even with lightning! If it gets really dark outside and cloudy,I always go outside to feel the breeze and watch the storms come in.And also like to be with my sweetie during a storm.Like to hold each other and make love.Hell i wish it wouls storm now!lol

I think rain and thunderstorms tend to be romantic to people if that's what you mean. Some people love to snuggle, while others may feel gloomy and moody. Guess it depends on what kind of weather you like in the first place. I love cool, rainy days and hate hot, humid sunny days.
