You could put a cloth over that hair strands and iron it. It will melt into the cloth. It will still leave a small residue but it should wash out next shampoo. Sounds like you're lucky the *** did not get it in your eye.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

You can do one of two things, in order to avoid damaging your hair.

1. use your fingernails and take the time to slowly scrape it out.

2. set your clothes iron on the coolest setting, use a towel, fold your waxed hair in the towel and place the iron on the towel.
Duration of iron depends on thickness of towel...check to make sure wax is softening or melting.

You could try using a curling iron, but that might cause additional damage to your hair.

Try your normal shampoo first. If that doesn't work, find the strongest clarifying shampoo you can. It'll come out eventually--keep in mind, some hair products are even nastier than that.

If a hot shower doesn't get it out first, shampoo should finish the job.

Use baby oil or just cut your eyebrows.
