There is a really simple answer to this. AB WORKOUTS!!! Also, if you do have some extra fat on your stomach, I suggest cutting back on some calories and increase the amount of protein you intake a day. Because cutting back on calories will lead your body to feed off of fat as energy. To find some good ab workouts I'd suggest visiting www.bodybuilding.com

Do several different types of crunches, first have your legs bent and do 25 coming straight up, then 25 with one foot resting on the opposite knee and bring your opposite elbow up to your knee, then switch legs and do another 25, then raise your legs either straight up in the air or bend them in the air and do another 25. I used to do these all the time in the Army once a day and had a great stomach good luck.

Crunches without a doubt. They are like sit ups but you flex your body at the abs and not the hips (i.e. you bend your back slightly) do not be fooled by thinking that it is not effective because it does not seem like a big motion. That doesnt matter and it is effective. Do say 5 sets and lots of reps. Count about 20 to start with per set and work up

Belly breathing, it should become natural after a short while, and that's 24 hours a day even when you are sleep.
