I think you should see a doctor... there's professionals and medications that can help you feel better.
Many people feel the way you do - seek help - there's nothing wrong with it.

Unfortunately this is going to sound unfeeling and cold. Get help. Medicate. The new age thought that you can cure it yourself will not work. And while you're on it at some point you might think, "I'm feeling good enough, I don't need this stuff anymore." Trust me, you still need it, it's not something that goes away after awhile of medication. I know from experience. You can take care of this now and get it under control. You are one of the lucky ones if you are still looking for help, I've lost friends to depression and I've pushed friends away because of mine. Where I grew up 3 out of 7 people suffered from depression. GET HELP NOW. I hope you actually do it. Good mental health to you and sorry.

Don't feel this way. I have been through this all summer and for long periods of time before summer. What I did was listen to soothing music, exercise daily, watch TV, and treat myself to something fun like going to the movies or renting one, or eating out once a week. I think things get way better when you have something fun to look forward to. If you want a break from something, take a break, and remember, it will always be there. Don't let sadness get to you. There's so much to life that you don't have to spend it feeling this way. Whenever I get the blues or start feeling bored with my life, and just feel like everything is changing, I go out to shop, see a movie, or put on my favorite songs, and after a few hours, things feel way better. I hope I helped.

Please, get some help. You are so young that you cannot see how beautiful life is because now you feel so sad.
If your parents can not help you, then talk to somebody at school, no matter where, go and talk to your best friend and ask her for support and go for a consultancy with a psychologist.
You will get over this situation that seems impossible to solve right now.
Ask help as many times as it is necessary, write letters, save your life and your right to be happy.
I wish you the best. If you think I can help you a little, just send me a message, I will be there for you.

It sounds like you could be suffering from clinical depression and you should seek help immediately. Go talk to your school counsel or look in the yellow pages for your local mental health clinic (which is usually free and confidential). You should do this right now, especially if you have been having suicidal thoughts. If you feel like you might be considering suicide, call a suicide hotline. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline number is 1-800-273-TALK (8255) and is always free and confidential.

Going to a counselor may not seem like something that's worth doing, but it helps, and it helped me. She listened to everything I had to say and unlike family and friends, she had a background working with depression so she was prepared for anything I threw at her. It's been my experience that people who haven't experienced depression think it's not a problem because you're "just sad" or "just tired." Talk to a counselor who can help you think about your situation and actually work proactively to diminish it.

If you really want the help why not talk to your parents about getting on medicine or tell a couselor at school about it and see if they can talk to your parents. What do you think bout when you start crying. If your like me and don't know the only thing that helpe me was to get on medicine and stay on it.

I think you should get some medicine from a doctor. They can make you feel better, and get your spirits higher. Also, a lot of sleep helps. I used to be kinda depressed. I slept longer,a ndI surprisingly felt better. still, see a psychologist or psychiatrist

The only one who can help you with this is a doctor. You need a professional to talk to that can help you get some meds for it. That's the only way you're going to feel any better. Please get some help.
