thing to do? Like when something comes up and the two of you are obviously not agreeing on something...how would you like your man/woman to respond to the situation? I tend to get mad and yell...i know that is not the thing to do but some girls just frustrate me so much...i cannot stand a girl who argues about something she knows nothing about...
and dont say for me to just give in...cause i am not a push over...how can i just be nicer about it?
what could you or your partner do to make them/you stop being mad?

Guys don't respect nagging. It reassures them that you care enough to nag and reinforces the behavior you don't like. They also rebel. It is best to back off and make less contact than you usually do and when he's crawling the walls wondering why, then you tell him CALMLY what you are mad at and it's best if you use the following format:
1. When you do ___________
2. The result to me is_____________
3 and I feel_________________
4 So I need you to _________________

Best of luck.

First off, make yourself keep your voice down. When you yell, we yell. It's a viscious cycle. lol If the argument keeps going back to the same points and no where else, stop arguing and just walk out for a bit. Think about it and more than likely when you come back to talk again, both of you have sat and thought about what each other has said and sometimes something will sink in. You can't make anyone respond the way you want, but you can at least take a moment to consider what they've said and vise versa. HTH

It's not giving in if you either agree to disagree, or to compromise. You can always look for alternate alternatives and ask friends for an objective point of view on the issue.

Yelling isn't going to work for you, though. Yelling is only going to upset your girlfriend more, and make you both more emotionally charged.

If you find yourselves getting really angry at one another, get into the habit of taking a five minute walk away from each other to cool down, then re-approach the situation as calmly as you can.

Stop yelling. Rather than yelling, you should sit down and discuss what you're upset about. Each of you explain your side and why you feel the way you do. Or, if you can't do that, walk away from the situation until you are able to handle it in a grown up civil fashion. Yelling at eachother will get you NO WHERE

Try talking in a calm voice. Stay calm and try to explain your opinion. But have also respect of the others opinion. If you have talked about it, let it out of your mind for a day, and the day after think about the conversation again or give it more time, when emotions got very heavy. You will see that on another day or time you will think more clear about it, and also the other person will think more clear about it, and then decide what the compromise or answer would be.

First you have to decide if you are arguing over a fact or an opinion. Everyone has an opinion and they have a right to it. If it is a fact then try to remember that you love this person and nicely ask if you can just show them something or if they will just listen for a second. Try not to get so angry over him or her standing up for what they think is right...... that is actually a good quality. But then here again....... this is just my opinion :)

Letting stuff go doesn't make you a push over... Ask yourself, is this the hill I want to die on? If not let it go - it doesn't matter.

Argue/stand up for the important stuff, as for the rest let her have her way or compromise. Relationships aren't about always getting your way. If your partner is reasonable this approach will work - if your partner is totally self centered it will not, but then why would you go out with someone totally self centered?

Say what you have to say and if it's going nowhere just change the subject or stop talking all together, even if you know your right. If you do find yourself getting carried away about something and it really seems to have upset your girl. Say sorry, even though you probably wont really mean it. It will make her feel better and that's better than dwelling on some stupid BS.

Honesty and understanding. A partner that listens to what you have to say and as you do the same for your partner, is the key to a succesful and healthy relationship. Communication is important.
