Not currently one, but I was once.
In fine dining, I would approach the table, smiling and say, "Good evening! Welcome to X. My name is Jennifer and I'll be taking good care of you this evening."
After their response, I would ask, "Are you celebrating anything tonight?"
I avoided any words like "folks," or "you guys." In fine dining, even the grammar should be precision. Familiarity would be a no-no, unless the customers were regular and had indicated they wanted a less formal service.

I would think that Good Evening would be the standard. But to be a truely good server you have to be yourself and read your customer before you even walk up to the table.
