I spent 18 months using dating sites online. I met my partner by doing a search on aol, just putting in a few details for my ideal partner. Loads of names came up and I just picked one and wrote to him. We have been together 3 years and are just buying our first home together.
So yes its a great way to meet a partner, but don't pick any seedy dating, chat rooms, they don't work.

I do not refuse to befriend online. Sometimes it is best because you can get to know the person better with no games you can actually get to know the real person on the internet. When you meet people in person people are alwa7ys trying to be what the other person wants them toi be. For me I am shy meeting people and it helps me to get to know the person before I meet them in person

There is little wrong with meeting people online, I just don't think some people are careful/responsible about it.

He does deserve to be loved. People think it is not safe and when you are on-line talking to people than the people can help you in real life in on the net. people express them self more on the net than in real life.
